3. What membership plans are available, and what do they include?
- Travel Only Membership (£12.00 + VAT per year): Store personal documents like passports, IDs, travel insurance, booking confirmations, itineraries, tickets, visa documents, emergency contacts, medical details, and more.
- Home Plan Membership (£45.00 + VAT per year): Includes all features of the Travel Plan, plus storage for vehicle information, tools and equipment, business documents, and workspace layouts.
- Business Plan Membership (£70.00 + VAT per year): Includes, plus storage for room and household items, insurance and legal documents, pet details, and vehicle information.
- Business & Home Plan Membership (£95.00 + VAT per year): Combines features from both the Business and Home Plans for comprehensive document storage.

9. Are there any discounts for annual memberships?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for annual memberships. For example, the Home Plan is £45.00 + VAT per year, and the Business Plan is £70.00 + VAT per year. Choosing an annual plan can save you money compared to monthly payments.
10. What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and regain access to your account.
11. What is the “Add Room” for, why should I use is?
Using, “Add Room” you can build a digital record of a building. Should the worse happen, this feature helps you to store pictures of a given room with each safe date stamped and every time you modify the safe its date stamped for the last time you saved it. So, if your hit by a natural disaster (fire, flood, tornado Hurricane, etc.) or theft, you can have a digital copy of a given room. Everything in a room has a sentiment to you or a value for insurance purposes, so you can use the record of this to make a clear and concise insurance claim, also use this to prove that the items existed and in a set room.
12. Why is “add Item” useful?
If for any reason you need to make a claim on your insurance or report items missing or stolen to the police, every detail counts. By giving the police, the Make, Model, serial number of an item, means that if they catch someone with your items, then they can trace them back to you and your property. Helping them tie the person they have arrested to your crime.
13. On the Business “Add Document” how is this useful?
The “Add Document” safe is very versatile. You can store your standard legal documents in there as PDF, JPEG, for safe storage.
However, as a tradesman, this feature can act as a site log. You can take before and after pictures to show the progress of the job, logging all the good work you have done and the condition of how the site and condition of the job when you finished and left site. For Electricians, plumbers, Gas fitters…. You can also store your certificates, manuals for parts installed into the same document safe too.
As a tradesman, I know that we occasionally get some customers that state that the job wasn’t done to their exacting standards, or they have changed something on the job after you have left. Using this feature will help and support you should you encounter this situation.
14. What is the “Add Van” Feature?
The “Add Van” Feature is there so you can take pictures of the van, internally and externally. All vans have their own uses to each tradesman, whether they are all shelves out or somewhat of a mess. You can take pictures of the rear of the van, so if your van is broken into. You can prove that you always carry the little bits in there that might not cost a fortune, but the cost soon adds up.
15. Why is “Add Tool” so important?
If you have ever seen Facebook post of stolen tools, they always just state. My tools have been stolen, it’s a Makita drill, Dewalt Bench saw… but that information is next to useless to the Police.
However, if you use our “Add Tool” Feature
You can allocate the tools to an employee by using the “Safe Item Name” as Pete’s Drill, Amy’s Saw
Add featured image so you can easily find the Safe, you can search using someone’s name or item. Or click one of the 9 filter Categories already preset.
You can Add the tool name, Model, Serial Number, Cost of item. In the notes add any additional features like, if you have engraved the tool or its had a major identifying mark. You can add several pictures of the item too, so should your tools be stolen, then the Police can track them back to you along with the person found with your tools. You can also prove to the insurance that you had that tool, the condition.
You can print the safe as a PDF and attach them to one email to send to the insurance company or Police. Or you can email a safe to your email address, or all your safes in one easy click.
16. What benefit is the Travel section to me or my family?
The travel section has been designed so you can store all your travel documents in one place. You can “Add Person” their Passport, Driving Licence, NI Number, Health card. So should the worst happen and you lose your documents, you can prove who you are in a foreign country. In some countries it is mandatory that you can prove who you are, should you be asked by the Police.
You can add as many family members as you like.
17. What is the “Add Travel” used for?
In this safe you can add all your travel detail, whether you are off on a two-week trip to one place, or taking a year out to travel. Imagine how safe you would feel if you son or daughter were travelling around the world, and you knew that they had a safe digital back up of all their documents and plans. Even if they are only going away in a group for a week or so.
